Doing business 2010: WB report, Russia got 120-th place

Anton Kartuesov Posts: 2 Joined: 27.01.2010	#2 15.02.2010 23:32:36 Average 704 day to complete dealing with construction permits looks like state of matter which is not far fr om reality :) +/- n positions in rank wh ere n<10 doesn't make a lot of sense, but report's figures in comparsion are interesting. WB should also consider rate of equity in this research. Doing business in Russia is not very simple sort of activity, but EBITDA looks fine :)
