Terms of use. Service of finding financial | strategic investor
The service is for companies and advisors that are in search of financial investor (private equity fund, etc.) or strategic investor, in order to sell business or its part or to finance business/projects. Only projects of companies with positive sales and supposed deal of >USD 5M in Russia, the CIS, the Baltic States, Georgia are placed. The service is provided only in English language.
In order to place the information user must fully and properly fill out the form of adding the project. The information would be examined by AEF manager and after checking the provided information it would be available online. AEF has the right to decline placement of the ad without explaining the reason. Also AEF has the right to change the provided information (shorten, etc.) in case it would not change the factual information, and to use any part of provided information for publication and other purposes (including publishing in Private Equity Russia & CIS Journal).
By filling out the form user agrees with the provided earlier terms and with publishing the information online. AEF is not in any way responsible for the content of the ads, does not guarantee its truthfulness and does not recommend readers to invest, investor by himself makes decisions on investment in any project.
