| Geography | Russia, the CIS, the Baltic states |
| Deal size | Not less than USD 5M |
| Required stake | Depends on the project, typically in the range of 10-51%; also we look at strategic investment projects with stake of up to 100% |
| Other | Mostly we work with later stage investment (private equity). We work with venture investment projects only if they have unique product/technology that could be used worldwide |
