We seek candidates with an excellent academic background andstrong commercial which may have been gained in a similar investment arena, investment banking, accountancy or consultancy. This should be allied to an excellent academic background, good numeracy& technical ability and a flexible and open minded personality.Fluent English is mandatory. |
| Requirements: |
* Execution of a range of advisory mandates including private equity fund raising, investment advisory to pension fund vehicles, PFI advisory, refinancing and project financing, real estate valuation, and portfolio management. * Assisting with the management and development of more junior team members * Contributing to strategic planning for the business in identifying areas in which to expand coverage anddiversify the product suite *Assisting with origination efforts including preparation of pitch books, undertaking market intelligence exercises, and attending client meetings * All aspects of financial modelling, valuation, project management, management of counterparty relationships on 'live' transactions |
