| Responsibilities: |
Reports to Deputy General Director. • Managing M&A deals in telecom sector • Coordinating the M&A activity of affiliate companies • Analysis of targeted companies • Companies’ valuation • Due diligence • Participating in negotiations, preparing and finalizing legal documentation |
| Requirements: |
• Higher education in finance or economy • Knowledge of telecom market (segments, players, trends, technologies etc) • Experience in M&A deals execution • Experience in IB departments within investment banks or M&A departments within large telecom holdings • Fluent English |
