| Responsibilities: |
Real estate advisory business providing portfolio and asset management services as well as monetization support to owners of real estate in the Russian Federation. The company provides services to clients in the private and public sectors who own significant amounts of property. It comprises of the multinational team of highly regarded professionals with international and Russian experience.
Co-Director will be responsible for all phases of the process from development of the Strategic business plan through to monetization of the assets, including:
- Evaluation of the underlying asset
- Evaluation of the market situation surrounding the asset
- Determination of the highest and best use of the asset - including potential adaptive reuse
- Development and implementation of the optimal Business plan to maximize returns or otherwise achieve the clients objectives
- Operating expense optimization
- Property manager oversight
- Renovation or other works tendering and oversight
- Leasing strategy, leasing, and rent roll management
- Disposition strategy and execution
- Monitoring and reporting on progress of the Business Plans
- Maintaining key account relationships with third party service providers

| Requirements: |
Education
- University degree in economics, business administration, real estate economics, industrial engineering or a similar international university qualification
Professional qualifications
- 10+ years of real estate experience
- Acquisition of commercial real estate from the first idea up to closing (asset and share deals)
- Solid experience in asset management including day-to-day management, and creating and implementation of value enhancing strategies
- Participation in preparation and execution of real estate sale and financing transactions
- Experience in the implementation of real estate asset and property management procedures and tools
- Familiar with redevelopment and repositioning situations
- Strong negotiation skills and closing abilities of leasing and transaction contracts
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- A mastery of the prevalent Office software
- IT savvy, systems implementation or MRI/Yardi experience is big plus
- Real estate professional certifications and MBA is plus
- High level of spoken and written English
- Russian language is plus but not required
