| Responsibilities: |
The Company is a high profile Investment fund with a strong financial position, now looking to invest in businesses in CIS with a turnover between 50 – 200M USD. This position will report to the Head of Investment Management.
The Company is looking for two "up and coming" financial executives / investment managers who will work on managing the current portfolio and assist in the origination and execution of investments for the firm within the context of Financial Services, Retail, Medical and Dental care. The role will involve an excellent mix of origination, execution and portfolio management with bias on the latter. You will be part of high calibre team with a very strong culture.

| Requirements: |
- MBA and/or higher degree in Finance at a highly respectable institution like Finance Academy, МГУ or similar is desired
- Background in Big 4 with good valuation and financial modeling skills is required
- 1 to 4 years (Not more) of experience in private equity with another fund, investment company or holding structure is a major plus
- Investment Banking of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance experience to associate level is another alternative to the above
- Strong understanding of structures and processes and valuation of healthcare, Medical and dental services businesses is strongly desired
