| Responsibilities: |
- M&A transaction support, project and structured finance, management of project teams;
- Attracting strategic investors / partners in the projects;
- Interaction with private equity funds;
- Attracting corporate clients for the Bank services;
- M&A transactions advisory;
- Negotiating, financing transactions (joint ventures, large corporate M&A projects, buying and selling businesses);
- Preparation and participation in negotiations with owners of potential acquisition targets;
- Structuring transactions;
- Conducting due diligence.
